Hi, have just about finished my rear disc conversion and thought some of you may be interested in it. I started of with TN Magna rear hubs,calipers and caliper mounts, machined the centers out of the mounts and then made news centers out of 10mm alum plate then machined the plate to suit the Escort axle flange with the rebate for the bearing and drilled the bolt holes to the bearing retainer pattern. I then got the Magna hubs and machined all the hub away leaving a hat which I drilled to the escort wheel stud pattern. The calipers clear every thing and they even fit under 13in Superlites (just).

Very nice job!

I assume you will have a functioning handbrake with this setup?
