Any panel beater should be able to do it, however they may not be interested if its not a panel replacement, try a restoration specialist like

Just ring around a few local panel beaters if they arent interested ask them for a referall.

there is one about the size of the bottom of a glass and a few tiny 1s u can hardly see

I could do the metalwork fairly easily for you, but you would need to get someone to do the filler work and paint afterwards, as I dont really want to do paintwork in my home garage.
