RS Motorsport :: Classic Speed Restored

Hi All,
I am in the middle of building a new x-flow engine for my escort after the old engine had a major issue due to low oil pressure and thew the crankshaft out of the block.
I have purchased a front mount dry sump pump and would like to know how I plum the oil lines into the block? I have been told that there is an adapter that bolts onto where the original oil pump bolted to the block. I have had no luck in finding this part, any advise would be much appreciated.

No problem, the front mount dry sump pump was a popular fitment to Formula Junior and F3 single seaters (Lotus, Brabham, Lola etc.). Just my opinion again but fit the algerest scavenge suction hose you can, most are 5/8" but if you can get away with 3/4" go for it. With your oil tank go for height. The taller it is the better.

I redid all the lines on my Formula Ford over winter. Threw away all the steel hydraulic fittings and water hose for Speedflow pushlock. Not cheap but it does look nice. Dash 10 AN is ample for a pushrod.
