Posted: Fri May 21, 2010 10:40 pmRE: MIRROR - just learnt something new. I've only seen photo's of the standard plastic Falcon mirror or the Cortina Sport mirror on the green one in the photo. Mine have one of each, but like most things, the metal one could have been one of the many options available.
RE: SEATS - Those are definitely non genuine cloth seats Roger. Only came in 'basket weave' vinyl on front and back. Low back seats were standard equipment, and high back were an optional extra. Not 100% sure, but the safety law changed regarding low back seats around 1971, so they weren't compulsory but just an option extra, as mine, a 08/70 and 02/71 are both low backs.
